  • For anyone new to working with Peak Performance Climbing we offer a free initial consultation (remote) and will have you fill out an intake questionnaire. This is to allow us to discuss where you are in your climbing and where you want to go. Additionally, this provides you with a clearer understanding of what services we offer and the options that best suit your needs.

  • At Peak Performance Climbing, we believe in tailoring our services to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you're looking to improve your overall climbing abilities, overcome specific challenges, or push your limits to new heights, our expert team is here to guide you every step of the way.

    We highly recommend combining our Training Programs with Coaching Sessions for the most comprehensive and effective climbing development experience.

  • Personalised Programs

    Our flagship offering, Personalised Programs provide you with an ongoing mentor, coach, and guide in all aspects of climbing and training.

    Key features include:

    • Initial program consultation to assess your current level and goals

    • Individually tailored training program with an outline of your climbing profile, program calendar, sessions & exercises, metrics, and more

    • Ongoing support and feedback throughout the program

    • Regular check-in consultations for personal discussions, program tweaking and deep diving on specific topics

    • Programs come in 6-week blocks, with a recommended minimum commitment of 12 weeks for optimal results

  • Our Coaching Sessions are designed to address specific components of your climbing that require a hands-on approach. These sessions focus on:

    • Strength, technique and mindset assessments

    • Technique drills and means for incorporating climbing practice

    • Mental preparation and mindset strategies

    • Training and conditioning session run-throughs; addressing form, progression and structure

    • Performance and competition simulation

    After each session, you'll receive a follow-up brief highlighting key topics and providing methods to incorporate these learnings into your regular climbing and training.
